Sales & Refund Policy – Heli Adventures

At Heli Adventures, we are committed to providing a transparent and fair booking process for all our helicopter tours. This Sales & Refund Policy explains how payments, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled.
We recommend reading this carefully before confirming your booking to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.

Booking & Payment All bookings must be made via our website, phone, or email.
Payments are accepted via Visa and MasterCard in AED.
A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received and a confirmation voucher is issued.
The confirmation voucher must be presented at the time of flight check-in.

Cancellation by Guest More than 48 hours in advance: Full refund, no charges applied.
24 to 48 hours in advance: 50% of the booking cost will be charged.
Less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows: 100% of the booking cost will be charged.
Please note: Cancellation requests must be communicated via info@heliadventures.ae or +971 50 1212 629.

Flight Rescheduling Flights can be rescheduled subject to helicopter availability and weather conditions.
If rescheduling is not possible, guests may opt for a refund in accordance with the refund policy.
Rescheduling is free if requested more than 48 hours before the flight.

Refund Process Refunds are processed within 15 business days to the original payment method.
Refund requests must include the booking confirmation and payment details.
Refunds will only be issued after verification of booking and payment.

Poor Weather & Force Majeure Flights may be canceled or delayed due to inclement weather, air traffic restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
In such cases, guests will be offered either a full refund or a rescheduled flight at no additional cost.
Heli Adventures is not responsible for additional expenses incurred due to delays caused by weather or other external factors.

Maximum Weight & Safety Considerations Maximum passenger weight: 120 kg per seat.
Accurate weight information must be provided at booking.
If a passenger exceeds limits, rescheduling, an additional seat purchase, or denial of boarding may occur (non-refundable).
Safety and balance regulations are strictly followed to ensure a secure flight for all passengers.

Special Notes for Guests Children under 2 years are not permitted to fly.
Children aged 2–12 years must be accompanied by an adult.
Pregnant guests beyond 7 months must provide a medical certificate confirming fitness to fly.
Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to fly, and no refunds will be issued.
